The Opportunity: Unlocking Previously “Undruggable” Diseases |

Protein-protein interactions (PPIs) drive many of the biological pathways involved in cancer, autoimmune disorders, and other serious diseases. Yet many PPIs remain difficult to target because of their complexity and dynamic behavior. As pharmaceutical companies increasingly invest in AI-enabled drug discovery, there is growing demand for platforms that can identify new therapeutic opportunities and accelerate drug design.

The Technology & Current Status

This AI-enabled drug discovery platform combines machine learning, molecular simulation, and computational chemistry to analyze protein-protein interactions and guide the design of novel drug candidates. The platform is designed to uncover previously hidden therapeutic opportunities against difficult biological targets. The technology is now being applied to disease-focused programs. Recent research has identified novel binding opportunities in an aggressive leukemia target, enabling AI-guided design of candidate therapeutics and providing an initial validation of the platform.

Initial Target Applications and Markets

Potential customers include pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, contract research organizations, and AI-enabled drug discovery firms. While the platform has broad applicability across multiple disease areas, an emerging application is precision oncology, where the technology is being used to develop novel therapeutics for aggressive leukemia.
