You may recall that the CTC has a license to the Omnisync TurboInnovate platform. We use this platform to assist our clients in generating market reports, competitive analysis reports, and draft Phase I SBIR applications. This is powered by AI, and the platform does a very good job at putting together these documents. It can also generate lists of patents, companies, investors, funding opportunities, clinical trials, subject matter experts, and journal articles. These lists have proven useful for our clients in understanding both the technical and commercial landscapes for their business.
We’ve recently discovered another useful application of the portal. Instead of ‘prompting’ the portal with statements regarding the market for the technology, we can also prompt it very generically about ‘biotech companies,’ ‘acquisition,’ ‘investment,’ and more. This provided favorable and interesting lists of organizations and opportunities. It resulted in about a dozen lists (50 each) of drugs, clinical trials, companies, investment groups, and patents that might be valuable for our clients.
