We, at the CTC, are excited to announce a new free service we are offering to our clients! We are now able to provide initial Market Research and Competitive Landscape Reports for our client’s technologies and companies. We have purchased a license for TurboInnovate from Omnisync to provide these resources and are looking forward to utilizing them to provide critical information.
This platform uses AI to generate the data and reports based on prompts we provide. We have found that the platform works very well with early entrepreneurs who are exploring the market and competitive landscape, those who have not been able to do much market research on their own and/or can’t afford to hire it out. More experienced entrepreneurs may get value from the platform to fill in gaps they may not know about.
In addition to the generated reports, we are able to provide information on relevant patents, other companies in the field, and potential investors. Furthermore we can include data on licensable technologies, funding opportunities, publications, and subject matter experts. If you are looking for publications to cite in your SBIR/STTR grant proposals, or potential collaborators and consultants as well as potential customer discovery interviews, the TurboInnovate platform is an excellent way to gather some of this information.
Some of you might be familiar with TurboSBIR, also from Omnisync. TurboSBIR is a platform to help you prepare your SBIR/STTR proposals and, in some cases, has AI capabilities to generate the first draft of your proposal in a matter of minutes. Just recently, the SBIR/STTR capabilities from TurboSBIR have been added to TurboInnovate. Now we are also able to work with you on this platform to help you assemble the drafts of your proposal. We’ve found the AI generation is very good for first drafts and initial information, but keep in mind that these AI generated documents need to be reviewed and edited.
